The T-72 tank crew integrated trainer is designed for joint training and practice of tank crews (commander, gunner, driver-mechanic) with the aim of developing and consolidating skills in target reconnaissance and firing the T-72 tank weapon system with all types of ammunition, including the guided projectile, in main and emergency modes, by day and night, by all methods, at ground targets and hovering helicopters. It makes it possible to conduct crew coordination without expending engine life, fuel and lubricants, and ammunition.
The trainer makes it possible to study the location and operation of the controls, practice battlefield reconnaissance, and detecting and engaging targets with the 2A46 gun and the PKT machine gun in daytime and nighttime conditions. Firing at ranges of up to 4,000 m, simulation of different types of terrain, times of day and seasons, and driving the tank from the driver-mechanic's seat are supported.
It provides a full cycle of crew training without real costs and includes detailed simulation of all T-72 tank operating modes. The instructor can monitor trainees' actions, adjust shooting conditions, analyze results and generate reports in automated mode.
The trainer includes crew and instructor workstations, compartment simulators, documentation and spare parts. Two-way communication, objective monitoring of actions, archiving of results and configuration of various training scenarios are supported.
