The die casting machine produced by Almatyenergoservice LLP is equipped with an innovative energy-saving system based on a servo motor driving the hydraulic power unit pump. The control system activates the motor only when pressure needs to be supplied to the hydraulic cylinders, which significantly reduces energy consumption and extends equipment life. The digital control system of the pressing unit ensures the saving and instant recall of process parameters, speeding up changeover between different molds.
The equipment is designed for high-precision casting of aluminum castings of complex configuration. The process includes: designing 3D models in specialized CAD systems (Autodesk Inventor, MultFlow, SolidWorks); development and manufacture of molds; simulation of casting processes; die casting itself. The system ensures stable working fluid temperature and prevents overheating thanks to the optimal operating mode of the servo motor.
