Technological details of the product
The trainer helps prepare for operating military equipment in various combat and non-standard conditions.
The trainer is designed to teach grenade launcher operators, in classroom conditions, the techniques and rules of shooting, and to develop and maintain stable skills in the combat use of RPG-7V grenade launchers (with and without the PGO-7V sight). The trainer uses weapon simulators that fully preserve the design and weight-and-dimension characteristics of the standard hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, which makes it possible to practice shouldering the weapon, aiming and firing in exact accordance with shooting rules. The trainer software provides a detailed analysis of the actions of trainee grenade launcher operators when preparing and firing a shot, as well as an assessment of shooting results.
The trainer makes it possible to practice the full cycle of using the RPG-7V: studying the design of the grenade launcher and the PGO-7V sight; conducting visual battlefield reconnaissance in conditions of interference; firing different types of grenades at static and moving targets (including helicopters) at ranges of 100–500 m; determining target parameters and firing priorities. Practicing all stages is supported, from loading and aiming to assessing results, in various terrain conditions (moderately rough, desert, mountain) and times of day (day/night), in different weather (winter/summer).
Realistic simulation of combat use thanks to: accurate reproduction of the weight and dimension characteristics of the RPG-7V; the ability to use different types of grenades; panoramic visualization with adjustable conditions; detailed analysis of the trainee's actions. The system makes it possible to practice exercises in full accordance with the Firing Course, recording all errors and giving recommendations for correcting them.
The package includes: the instructor's workstation, an RPG-7V grenade launcher simulator with the option of using the PGO-7V sight, weight-and-dimension dummies of grenades (PG-7VS, PG-7VL, PG-7VR, TBG-7V, OG-7V), as well as equipment for forming the image on a 2.44×3 m panoramic screen. The trainer software provides: automatic assessment of shooting results; analysis of typical errors when preparing and firing a shot; the ability to demonstrate the trainee's actions for group review; storage of the results of all training sessions for subsequent analysis. All elements of the trainer are supplied ready for use and make it possible to conduct training without using ammunition.
