The company tactical kit is designed to create a remotely controlled target environment on the ground and to simulate small arms fire, as well as enemy artillery and mortar fire, with light and pyrotechnic means during company tactical live-fire exercises of motorized rifle, tank, airborne and reconnaissance units. If necessary, the scale of the exercises can be expanded to battalion or brigade level by using several kits without any modification of the equipment.
The RTK includes: control console equipment, target installations, transceiver devices (with the option of boosting the signal with a remote antenna), fire simulator machines, power supply systems (main and emergency sources) and lighting elements. The equipment provides: radio-channel control of targets at a distance; realistic simulation of combat operations; operation in a temperature range from -40°C to +50°C; the possibility of being carried by 1–3 military personnel. All components have increased mechanical strength and can be installed directly on the ground without additional preparation.
The kit is distinguished by high mobility and rapid deployment. Radio-controlled target installations provide flexibility in creating tactical scenarios. The use of standardized components makes it easy to scale the system for exercises of different levels. The robust design of the equipment guarantees reliable operation in field conditions at temperatures from -40°C to +50°C. Autonomous power sources ensure long operation without external power supply.
The RTK consists of: a control console with a radio transmitter; 10 radio-controlled target installations; 5 fire simulator machines; a set of pyrotechnic means; 3 chargers; 2 emergency generators; a spare parts kit; a full package of operating documentation. All components are certified for use with live ammunition (except armor-piercing incendiary) and meet safety requirements. The kit can be supplemented with specialized targets for practicing specific tactical techniques.
