The new automated injection molding machine is designed for high-precision molding of products from rubber, technical and medical grade solid silicone and other elastomers. The machine is equipped with an improved lattice-design injection unit with a check valve that ensures an even material feed without losses. The special screw feed design with a Yuken hydraulic motor and a Mitsubishi micrometric control system guarantees high product quality. In addition, the machine is equipped with a calendering machine for preparing raw rubber in sheets or ribbons, with the option of adding pigments and hardeners.
The equipment makes it possible to produce a wide range of products from special rubber compounds, including fluororubber for high-temperature, oil- and petrol-resistant parts. Main areas of application: technical products (polymer surge arresters for 27.5 kV electrical equipment), medical components, food products. The machine supports various raw material configurations thanks to the calendering and vulcanization system. The temperature controller ensures precise maintenance of material processing modes.

The first product manufactured on the new equipment is a polymer surge arrester for protecting electrical equipment in 27.5 kV networks. The machine meets the requirements for the production of medical and food-grade products. The automated control system ensures parameter reproducibility and quality control at all stages of the process. The equipment can be integrated into automated production lines for mass production of rubber technical products.
