The portable firing range equipment set is designed to provide target and auxiliary equipment for one section of a military firing range for performing training shooting exercises (UUS) with pistols, sniper rifles, assault rifles, light machine guns and Kalashnikov machine guns, one direction for two shooters.
The set includes a computerized control system with a communication adapter, 10 radio-controlled UMU-S2A target installations for displaying various types of targets, a modern power supply system (main and emergency power sources), and a full set of hit sensors. The equipment makes it possible to: quickly deploy a firing range in the field; fire at pop-up and moving targets; automatically register hits; simulate return fire; work in various weather conditions. The system supports all standard training shooting exercises.
The PSOR is distinguished by high operational autonomy: the target installations operate from batteries (12 V, 18 Ah) that can be recharged in the field. Radio control provides reliable communication at distances of up to 500 meters. The set includes three chargers (one per five target installations) and an emergency generator with a power of 2–4.5 kW. Design features make it possible to quickly change the firing range configuration and adapt it to various training tasks. All components have increased resistance to mechanical impacts and adverse weather conditions.
Full composition of the set: a computerized control console with a communication adapter and a remote mast; 10 UMU-S2A target installations with a set of hit sensors (plate and inertial) and simulation lamps; 3 chargers; an emergency generator; a unified spare parts kit; a full package of operating documentation (data sheet, technical description and operating instructions). All components are ready for immediate use and meet the requirements for conducting military firing in the field.
