The portable firing range equipment set is designed to provide target and auxiliary equipment for one section of a military firing range for performing training shooting exercises (UUS) with pistols, sniper rifles, assault rifles, light machine guns and Kalashnikov machine guns, one direction for two shooters.
The set includes a computerized control console with software, radio-controlled UMU-S2A target installations for displaying light and medium targets, power sources, chargers and hit sensors. It provides fire simulation with lamps, hit control of targets through plate and inertial sensors, and also emergency power from a 2–4.5 kW unit. It supports operation on various types of terrain without the need for special ground preparation.
The PSO is distinguished by mobility and autonomy: the target installations operate from batteries (12 V, 18 Ah), and the control system makes it possible to quickly set up shooting scenarios. The set includes all the components necessary for deployment, including spare parts and operating documentation. The equipment is resistant to mechanical loads and can be used in the field.
Composition of the set: a computerized control console with a transceiver and mast; 10 UMU-S2A target installations with batteries, hit sensors and simulation lamps; 2 chargers; an emergency power unit; a unified spare parts kit; a data sheet with a technical description and operating instructions. All components are ready for immediate use and meet the requirements for conducting training shooting.
