The BTR-80 complex simulator is designed for single-handed and joint training of armored personnel carrier crews (commanders, machine gunners, driver-mechanics) in order to form and consolidate the skills of trainees in reconnaissance of targets, firing from armament of BTR-80 of all types of ammunition, mainly in emergency situations, day and night, at ground and air targets.
